With material costs changing due to the economy, all contractors need to know the price of each project before you get started. We include a cover sheet, line item detail, summary, recap by room, and recap by category, to create a complete material list. Let us help you with our outsource estimating and minimize your hiring additional personnel and overhead. S&E Building Materials Co., Inc. can provide support to those customers who use our service to purchase the items that are needed in building your next project.
What makes this service unique is that we have a fee for discount program. Where by if you use our service, and purchase those materials through our company you may be entitled to receive a discount equal to the the quoted price for estimating. Which could result in some savings when you have to purchase those materials.
Our Estimating Services:
• Use only state of the art estimating software equipment when estimating projects.• Enter line items in sketch.
• Allow customers to make sound and accurate judgments based on the estimate information prior to purchase.
All Estimates Include:
• Line item detail• Material to be used
• Quantity
• Unit cost of each item
• Total cost calculation (sq/linear ft)
Material Lists Include:
• Product description• Quantity
• Unit price; i.e. gallon(s), cubic yard, linear feet, square feet, or pound

General Information:
Getting it right the first time, is the first step in making sure your project falls in budget time after time. We understand the importance of quality materials at the right price. In order for us to accurately price your job, we will need you to submit a PDF of your Blue Print either by US Mail or by following the email link below. Your floor plan will be used to create a sketch drawing and is generated as a component of the estimate. The estimate will be emailed as a PDF to you the customer.Services Available:
